Annual General Meeting - Monday 9th November 2026

Each year the club holds its Annual General Meeting on the 2nd Monday of November. This year it falls on Monday 9th November 2026, upstairs at the "Stag and Hunter Hotel", Corner of Maitland Road and Hanbury Street Mayfield.

Also at this AGM, we will be voting on a replacement and updated constitution. This can be found HERE

Positions Available

At this years Annual General Meeting, all committee positions are vacated and some of those holding positions are re-standing for those, and others need to be filled and are currently vacant from the last year. We have 28 positions that need to be filled for the club to function effectively, and if we can have one individual for each position, this shares the load so no one is over burdened with work.

This year we have re-drafted the position descriptions, each position has its on position description and are detailed by clicking on each position you may be interested in.
