Founded in 1944, Mayfield United Junior Soccer & Football Club is one of the Hunter region's longest-standing football clubs — and after more than 80 years, our commitment to the game and to our community has never been stronger.

Based at Stevenson Park in Mayfield West and competing under the Newcastle Football zone within the Northern NSW Football Federation, we are home to over 800 players across Under 5s through to over 35's men's and All Age women's competitions. Our players come from right across the area — Mayfield, Tighes Hill, Carrington, Waratah, Islington and Warabrook — united by a love of the game and a club culture built on diversity, inclusion and respect.

Women's and girls' football is a growing and increasingly important part of our club, and we're dedicated to continuing to develop those programs in 2026 and beyond.
